This Agreement between you and P2PFunder  is effective immediately by you on clicking the "Accept" button, and may be amended at any time by P2PFunder  posting the amended terms on our site. This Agreement may not otherwise be amended, except in writing consented to by both parties.

In such event, Advertiser shall have the option of having such advertisement printed in a future issue under these Terms and Conditions or of having no charge for such advertisement not inserted. Advertisements already run shall be paid for at rates agreed upon. P2PFunder .com and Mayoreo Inc. reserves the right to require any advertising to be labeled "advertisement." P2PFunder  does not represent, warrant, or endorse the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of any of the information, content, views, opinions, recommendations or advertisements (collectively, the "Materials") contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the services contained on the P2PFunder  Network of Sites, nor the quality of any products, information or other materials displayed, purchased, or obtained by you as a result of an advertisement or any other information or offered  in our Network of sites.  Assignment of this Agreement.  This Agreement and P2PFunder  services are not assignable. You may not assign, in whole or in part, any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement.  A written consent from P2PFunder  is needed in order to assign this agreement.

P2PFunder  disclaimer.   P2PFunder  expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the service or any materials and products. Therefore, in no event shall P2PFunder  be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind with respect to the P2PFunder  service, the materials and the products.

For legal reasons, we cannot nor do we try to control the information provided by other members or registered users which is made available through the P2PFunder . P2PFunder  plays no part whatsoever in the generation or devising of such information.
P2PFunder  acts as the venue for individuals sharing financial and investment information. You hereby agree to indemnify, and hold P2PFunder , its affiliates, partners harmless for all liabilities, claims, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with a breach of your obligations, representations and warranties provided in this Agreement. You also agree to hold P2PFunder  harmless for all liability, claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any errors, malfunctions or defects in connection with the P2PFunder  Network of Sites.

Privacy on P2PFunder .com.   P2PFunder will not disclose your personal information, except as described herein, and P2PFunder will not disclose information to others that would connect your user name with your actual name unless P2PFunder is compelled to by law.  P2PFunder reserves the right to make exceptions, whenever we believe an emergency, illegal activity or some other reasonable basis exists for notifying or providing such information to the appropriate authorities. You should understand how we use the information you provide and furthermore that you should have the right to approve the use of that information. Uninvited use of your personal information is strictly prohibited.  Opt-out from our Network.  You may choose not to receive P2PFunder electronic mail, newsletters and additional information from other members when registering on our site.

Information Modification.  Members who wish to change their information should login to their account and edit the appropriate changes. P2PFunder offers its members the ability to correct or change the information collected during registration.

Refund Policy.  Members agree to pay all fees associated with their member level through any of the approved methods. Member agrees that once the service is purchased he/she has no inherent, perceived or actual right to obtain a refund. Further, member agrees not to attempt to reverse charges or obtain a refund through the issuing credit card company or other payment mechanism used. If member utilizes any method to reverse the payment already made, member agrees to be liable for the purchase price of the product and any legal fees, chargeback or other fees that P2PFunder  may incur in securing funds from the user. With this in mind please attempt to resolve any service performance or product expectation issues with P2PFunder  staff. P2PFunder  will only issue refunds where the member has proven to the satisfaction of P2PFunder  staff the purchase was fraudulent or where P2PFunder  staff deems circumstances warrant a voluntary refund.

 Intellectual Property.  P2PFunder  respects and PROTECTS the rights (including the intellectual property rights) of others. We ask you to do the same. P2PFunder  may, in appropriate circumstances and in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of members that infringe or violate such rights.

Passwords.  You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password. Use of the P2PFunder  service on two or more computers simultaneously is in violation of this Agreement. You shall notify P2PFunder  immediately of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your username and password.    

Your Registration with us.

1.- Your Information provided to us by you during the registration is true, accurate, correct and complete and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to it.

 2.- You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use or to provide incorrect information as to your location or relevant to your right to use the P2PFunder  Network of Sites.

3.- You agree that you are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as a mere passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of Your Information.

4.- We reserve the right to take any action with respect to such information we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion if we believe that it may create liability for us or may cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other Suppliers.

12.- Your Information you supply to us has to be free and not violating any rights you or any third parties may have in that information.      

Communications with us.  Any notices shall be given only in writing via our Contact Us link and form. All notices shall be deemed to be given 24 hours after the email is sent. Also, we may give notice by mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to us during the registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed to be given 3 Business Days after the date of mailing.

We may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with this Agreement in it's entirety.

We may terminate upon 7 days written notice to the other party this Agreement without cause. This Agreement may be terminated immediately by us if P2PFunder  discontinues operation of this website.

Early Termination.  Either party, upon 7 days written notice to the other party, may terminate this Agreement without cause. No refunds will be issued for an early termination of this Agreement. We may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with this Agreement in its entirety. We may terminate upon 7 days written notice to the other party this Agreement without cause. This Agreement may be terminated immediately by us if P2PFunder  discontinues operation of this website.

P2PFounder Governing Law.  This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, Central America. The Parties to this Agreement agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Panama, Central America and agree to refer any dispute arising from this Agreement or from use of the P2PFunder  Network of Sites to said courts.

Modification to Terms.  P2PFunder  reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions of this License Agreement and to terminate customer's access to and use of P2PFunder .com delivered data at any time and without prior notice.

All information is provided to the users "as is." neither P2PFunder nor its affiliates make any express or implied warranties of any kind regarding the information, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. Neither P2PFunder nor its affiliates will be liable to any user or anyone else for any interruption, inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in P2PFunder information or for any damages (whether direct or indirect, consequential, punitive or exemplary) resulting therefrom.

PROTECT YOUR PASSWORD

P2PFunder.com strongly discourages users from giving your password to anyone, including our employees. Protect yourself against fraudulent websites by opening a new web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Firefox) and typing in the P2PFunder.com URL every time you log in to your account.

If P2PFunder.com receives a complaint from Visa, MasterCard, or your card issuer regarding your account, your P2PFunder.com account may be permanently closed.
